Let yourself be charmed by this 45m² flat, entirely renovated and located in the historic district of La Doutre.

It is a bright flat decorated with care. Every detail has its place. You can easily walk through the streets of Anjou.

This picturesque district “outre la Maine” is just a stone’s throw from the Quai theatre and the Jean-Lurçat Museum.

    Really perfect for a small stay for 4, the hosts are very friendly and kind and the welcome is very warm.

    The flat is top notch, the two beds are comfortable and the location is perfect, no noise, the car park is right next door and we are close to everything.

    We highly recommend it and we will surely come back during our next stay in Angers.

    We were four people who wanted to discover Angers for a weekend, and everyone really appreciated the place, very well kept, well equipped and nicely decorated. Ideally located, everything can be done on foot which is very pleasant.
    Angelique and her husband were very attentive and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were very knowledgeable about the city and their recommendations were very helpful and we had a great stay! I highly recommend them!
